Assurant Services Australia Terms & Conditions of Purchases through the Telsim Refurb Online Store

When you purchase an item from the Telsim Refurbished online store, your transaction is with Assurant Services Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 18 613 632 367), which operates under second-hand dealer license 2PS20872. By completing your order, you acknowledge that Assurant Services Australia, not Telsim, is the supplier of the product(s) and confirm that you have read and agree to Assurant Services Australia’s Terms and Conditions.

 Due to high sales volume, an item may occasionally be out of stock. Telsim will promptly notify you of any out-of-stock items and either offer alternative stock options or process a refund depending on your preference.

Shipping Information

Standard Delivery (Free) – Shipped via Australia Post

Express Delivery ($9.95) – Shipped via Australia Post Express

All orders are dispatched from Assurant’s Sydney-based facility.

A signature is required upon delivery.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we aim to dispatch promptly, any delays caused by Australia Post are beyond our control.

Payment Options

We accept payments through PayPal and ZipPay.

Please note that orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received. On your bank or PayPal statement, payments will appear under the name ‘Assurant Services Australia Pty Ltd’.

ZipPay Information

ZipPay is available to approved applicants only and subject to a successful credit assessment. Minimum monthly repayments apply. A $9.95 monthly account fee applies (this may change). If the full closing balance is paid by the due date, the fee will be waived. Additional fees or charges may apply.

Returns

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your device, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase. To begin the process, please contact Telsim Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and return instructions,

 Let Telsim know whether you prefer a refund or an exchange. Once your device is received and inspected, Telsim will process the request accordingly, subject to the following conditions:

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Please note that Assurant Services Australia is not liable for items in transit until they are received at the warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked and/or insured shipping method when sending your device.

Devices that are iCloud or Google account locked cannot be accepted for return. If an account lock is detected, Telsim will contact you and allow up to 5 business days for it to be cleared.

Before returning your device, please ensure it is factory reset and powered off. The IMEI of the returned device must match the original one shipped. Returns will be rejected if the IMEI does not match our records.

Minimum 12-Month Warranty

In addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, Assurant Services Australia products are supported by a minimum 12-month warranty against defects (Assurant Services Australia Express Warranty). Please refer to your device's listing description to verify the specific length of the Assurant Services Australia Express Warranty offered.

Our products come with guarantees that are protected under Australian Consumer Law. If a major failure occurs, you have the right to request replacement or refund, along with compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For issues that do not constitute a major failure but affect the product’s acceptable quality, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced.

To make a claim under the Assurant Services Australia Express Warranty, please contact Telsim using the contact details below to obtain a Return Authorisation Number and instructions on how to ship your item back to us before returning the device. You will be provided with a reply-paid shipping address to send your device

After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll proceed with a repair, replacement, or refund.
Your Assurant Services Australia Express Warranty becomes void under the following conditions:

·       Cracked screen or physically damaged device

·       Water damage

·     Software that has been tampered with unauthorized repairs (third-party repairs) The customer failed to take appropriate steps to maintain the product's acceptable quality.

·       The customer has used the product abnormally.

Please note:

Assurant Services Australia is not liable for returned items until they arrive at our warehouse; therefore, we strongly recommend using tracked and/or insured shipping for your return.

Assurant Services Australia cannot accept returns of devices that are locked with iCloud or Google accounts. If your device is locked, Assurant Services Australia will inform you and ask that you remove the lock. Should the device remain locked 5 business days after receipt, it will be returned to you.

The returned device’s IMEI will be checked against the original IMEI shipped. Returns with mismatched IMEIs will be declined.
